Niso Gulyamova, MS
As a multilingual mental health counselor with dual Master's degrees in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Psychiatry, I offer treatments in various languages, including English, Russian, and Tajiki/Dari. This allows me to connect with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families, understanding the unique challenges they face in navigating life's ups and downs. I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe sharing your experiences and emotions. I have a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, addressing issues such as Anxiety, Depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, challenging behaviors, stress, and relational difficulties. Additionally, I work with adults and families together.
My therapeutic approach uses creative techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. These methods transform the therapeutic process into a space for exploration and healing, fostering self-expression and deeper emotional insights.
I firmly believe that a collaborative approach to therapy is the most effective. We work together to discover pathways that promote understanding, solve problems, and encourage growth. Your active involvement is not only welcome but also critical to our shared success.

SPIRITUAL CARE ASSOCIATION

Odmir Aguiar, PhD, DMin, Psya
As a multilingual psychoanalyst fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I offer a culturally attuned and emotionally grounded approach to mental health and spiritual care. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with being deeply heard and seen, especially when navigating complex emotional landscapes shaped by personal history, relationships, and spiritual experiences.
Drawing from a strong foundation in psychoanalysis and enriched by my background as a chaplain, I specialize in helping individuals and couples work through issues of religious trauma, emotional disconnection, and relational distress. This integrative perspective allows me to address both psychological and spiritual dimensions of suffering, offering a uniquely transpersonal and relational approach to healing.
Whether you are confronting the aftermath of spiritual harm, facing challenges in your intimate relationships, or seeking greater self-awareness, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences with care and depth. My approach is personalized, precise, and centered on fostering resilience, authenticity, and inner peace.
